The room was brand-new with 2 queen bed, had wake-up service, that's cool. All the employees were professional and helpful.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was very good.

Very good staff and food - they offered a such great stay well in advance. We appreciated sitting in the restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The bathroom was a little small.

it was an awesome stay. that was straightforward hotel set in nice enough area. had hot dishes in a great restaurant. early check-in, simple check-out.

Hip new accommodation, lovely staff, perfect location close to the Universal parks. I enjoyed that there were an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk in my deluxe double room. It was cosy, the bed - exceptionally comfortable.
